Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items
We will help you if:
- Your order arrives damaged,
- You receive the wrong item, or
- Your product is faulty/defective.

- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A short description of the issue
If we confirm the issue, we may offer:

- A store credit, or
